Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is $400.
Is there an advance order discount?
Yes, there is an advanced order price is for rental placed at least 14 business days prior to the set up date. The advanced order price is the price published on the web site.
What if I order within 14 days of the set up day?
A 20% late fee will be charged to orders placed within 14 days of the display set up date.
Is the rental price listed a daily or per event price?
Our prices are for the duration of the event, including set up and break down, up to a total of seven consecutive days. The price is the same for a two day or four day event. If your rental will be longer then a total of seven days, please contact us for rates.
Do you charge state tax?
We do not charge state tax for rental equipment.
Do you charge for delivery?
There is no delivery fee from our warehouse to the loading dock of any Las Vegas area convention center, hotel, or event venue. You are responsible to pay the Material Handling/Drayage Fee (see below for details).
What is material handling / drayage?
Material handling, also known as drayage, is a mandatory service charged by the Teamsters Union to bring exhibit material from the exhibit hall loading dock to your booth space, storing the empty crates during the show and the move out of the display after the show.
How do I pay for material handling / drayage fees?
Vegas Display does not bill you for the material handling fee. The fee is charged by the event's general service contractors (Freeman, GES, etc.). Your rental agreement requires you have a credit card on file with the event’s general service contractor for the material handling fee.
What if I do not pay for material handling / drayage fees?
Vegas Display cannot deliver the display, as the Teamsters control the loading dock. If you do not have a credit card on file with the general service contractor we cannot get the display into the exhibit hall. You will be charged for waiting, extra delivery and labor fees if you do not have a credit card on file with the general service contractor.
How much are the material handling and drayage fee?
Fees vary by trade show, but are calculated by weight on a per 100 lbs. basis or CWT.
Example 1: If we deliver 500 lbs. of rental equipment and the drayage rate is $75 per 100lbs with a 300lb minimum, your drayage rate would be 5 x $75 = $375.
Example 2: If we deliver 200 lbs. and the drayage rate is $75 per 100lbs with a 300lb minimum, your drayage rate would be 3 x $75 = $225.
When will you deliver and pick-up my order?
We typically will set up the display prior to your arrival. You will have time to add your products and signs prior to the opening of the show. At the end of the show, we will come and remove the display, you are not required to wait in your booth for us to break down the display.
Any rental item cancelled prior to 14 days in advance of the install date will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds or credits for cancellations within 14 days of install, or thereafter. If equipment is to be removed from the booth prior to or during the event, a $75 early removal fee will apply.
